Card Selector
Card Selector shows every benefit across all the credit cards you own, in one place — so you stop leaving credits you've already paid for unclaimed.
The quickest way to get help is email — apoorv.vij@gmail.com. Card Selector is made by one person, so please allow a couple of days for a reply.
You can also report an issue from inside the app: Settings ▸ Report an Issue. That route lets you optionally attach diagnostic logs, which makes problems much faster to track down.
A card I own isn't listed.
Tap Request a missing card — it's at the bottom of the Add Cards screen, and in Settings. Enter the bank and card name and we'll look at adding it. The catalog is refreshed daily, so new cards arrive automatically without an app update.
I don't remember when I opened a card.
Most people don't, and you don't need an exact date. Choose "Month and year" or even "Year only" and the app will say "around March" instead of pretending to be precise. The easiest way to find real dates is your free credit report at annualcreditreport.com, which lists the opening date of every account at once. You can also add the date later, or not at all — only annual-fee reminders depend on it.
Scanning didn't recognise my card.
Many cards don't print their product name on the front, so there may be nothing to read. Try better lighting and hold steady until text is highlighted, or pick the card from the list instead. Scanning never adds a card on its own — you always confirm.
Does the app see my card numbers?
No. Text recognition runs on your device, card numbers are stripped before anything is matched, and no photo is taken or stored. See the privacy policy.
Where is my data stored?
On your device, and in your own private iCloud account if iCloud is enabled. It is never sent to us and we cannot see which cards you own.
My benefits or fees look wrong.
The catalog is maintained on a best-effort basis and issuers change terms often. Always confirm with your issuer. If you spot something wrong, please email us — corrections are welcome and usually go live within a day or two.
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also restore a purchase from the Premium screen in the app.
I'm not getting reminders.
Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings ▸ Card Selector, and that the relevant reminder types are enabled in the app under Settings ▸ Notifications. Fee reminders also need an opening date on the card.
Email apoorv.vij@gmail.com. Telling us your iOS version and what you were doing when something went wrong helps a lot.
